Delivery of wedding dress to the Modiste
The Modiste offers for either your wedding dress to be delivery to our premises (39 Queens Road, High Wycombe HP13 6AQ) - or for our courier service to be used. For Courier, please add a delivery box into your checkout order.
Returning your purchase
All garments (unless you would prefer to collect in person) will be returned using DPD next day delivery service. The Modiste are unable to take responsibility for the delivery of your purchase after it has been collected by the courier. By proceeding with your order you will be agreeing for The Modiste to use this form of delivery.
Returning your wedding dress.
The Modiste offers a couple of different options of how you would like to wedding dress returned. This will all be discussed in your design consultation.
A. Your dress can be returned in a full form to you with boxed or unboxed.
B. Your dress or material can be kept at The Modiste for a year on our material library offering.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
On check out you will be asked for small deposit for our team to begin designing your chosen garment. We will both design and also confirm how your wedding dress will be altered. If at design stage you would like to cancel your order this deposit will be refunded.
Proceeding this, if your dress is delivered to us this will be taken as understanding and agreement for The Modiste to adapt your wedding dress and create your new garments.
Before sending your modified garment to you, The Modiste will send you images before they are sent back to you.
The Modiste are unable to offer returns on our work as each garment is bespoke made per customer. We always strive to make sure our customers are 100% happy with our products hence confirming both before sending your dress, and returning your purchase, that you are happy with the work done.
